All conference registrants will receive confirmation within 5 days of receipt of payment. Registrations will not be processed without full payment. Payment must be made by cheque or credit card in Canadian dollars only. Receipt of payment will be mailed to you within 10 days of receipt of payment for faxable form payments.

Payments/registrations received less than two business days prior to the event will not receive advance confirmation.

Badges will be available for pick-up at the conference registration desk at the Toronto Congress Centre beginning at 7:30 a.m. on June 6, 2011.

 

 

Note: RCC does not provide invoices for conference registrations. You must attach your HST exemption certificates to your registration form in order to receive the exemption.

Retail Council of Canada collects, uses and discloses contact information (i.e. name, job title, business address, telephone number, fax number, and business e-mail address) of an employee of an organization. This contact information may be shared with RCC affiliated trade associations. Key Registration Dates:

  • Online Registration closes: Friday, June 3, 2011 at 12:00 p.m. (noon)

Delegates wishing to register after 12:00 p.m. (noon) June 3, 2011 are welcome to do so onsite.

Cancellations, Refunds or Transfers:

Requests for cancellations or refunds must be received in writing. If cancellation is received on or before May 6, 2011, you will receive a full refund less a $75 processing fee. No refunds will be issued for no-shows or cancellations received after May 6, 2011. If you are unable to attend, a substitute may attend in your place. Substitutions are permitted up to two days prior to the event by providing RCC with a replacement Registration Form.

Retail Council of Canada reserves the right to cancel this event and will only be responsible for refunding registration fees/ticket prices.
